Not authentic Japanese

Disappointed in the bottled rice vinegar used. Looking for recipe with real ingredients from scratch for real authentic sushi . Have never seen rice prepared in this way. This is not the way a real Japanese sushi chef prepares sushi.
It was a waste of $4.99
